Our Founders

With more than a decade of combined healthcare experience, the founders of Tyche Healthcare Services Inc. bring both frontline expertise and leadership knowledge to the organization.

One founder has extensive ICU experience and a strong background in complex medical needs and critical care nursing, ensuring advanced clinical insight and hands-on expertise in acute care.
The other founder has a strong leadership background in healthcare and mental health, with a specialty in Geriatric Psychiatry, bringing both administrative vision and deep understanding of seniors’ unique mental health needs.
In addition, one founder has a strong foundation as a Personal Support Worker (PSW), with years of hands-on experience delivering excellent personal care services. Their direct, compassionate work with clients ensures that Tyche’s care model is not only professional but also deeply personal and client-centered.
